Barbell Club
Focused exclusively on the art of Weightlifting, this class teaches the technique for the Deadlift Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Classes utilise Olympic barbells, bumper plates, squat racks, and lifting platforms, alongside technique bars, PVC pipes, and accessory equipment to safely develop proficiency in the movements.
Power Hour
Strength & Tone strength utilising barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to develop full-body strength, improve lifting technique, and build muscular endurance through structured, progressive training.
